Anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policy
This Meeting is an environment free of harassment and discriminatory behaviour. This includes discrimination or harassemnt on the basis of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, ethnicity or beliefs (religious or otherwise). Harassment and discrimination of participants in any form is not tolerated. All communication and behaviour should be respectful and professional to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees.
Media policy
All attendees need to seek permission from the presenters before taking pictures, recording communications or distributing and quoting any presented content. Plenary talks may not be recorded.
Any behaviour that does not conform with these policies should be reported to the organisers, staff or via support[at]subcortical2027.com.
